YOU ARE THE HERO, die Kickstarter-Kampagne zum 30-jährigen Jubiläum der innovativen Fighting Fantasy-Reihe soll es Jonathan Green ermöglichen, die Geschichte der erfolgreichen Serie zu dokumentieren. Steve Jackson (UK) und Ian Livingstone lösten 1982 mit The Warlock of Firetop Mountain (dt. Der Hexenmeister vom Flammenden Berg) das Phänomen der Abenteuerspielbücher aus.
Jonathan Green verfasste übrigens mit Howl of the Werewolf und Night of the Necromancer zwei Fighting Fantasy-Bände.
Die beiden Innovatoren, Steve Jackson (UK) und Ian Livingstone, sind lediglich indirekt an diesem Projekt beteiligt, aber nachdem die Filmdokumentation (Turn to 400) scheiterte, gibt es damit einen anderen Weg, um diesen gewichtigen Teil der Spielhistorie zu dokumentieren und würdigen.
